‘알다’ 동사 알아보기

be unaware. of  ~을 잘알지 못하다.

시간가는줄 몰랐다.
-> I wasn’t unaware of the passage of time
I wasn’t unconscious of the passage of time.


know 원래 어떤 사실을 알고 있을때

understand 이해하다의 의미가 큼

find out, figure out 모르다가 알게된 경우
I found out how to deal with this problem
어떻게 이문제를 처리하는지 알았어.
realize (머리속으로) 깨달았다.
I totally realized what I want to be.
내가 무엇이 되고 싶은지 완전히 깨달았어.

notice (내가 직접 보거나 듣고 어떤 상태를) 알아채다.
I noticed she was sleepy.
나는 그녀가 졸린 것을 알아차렸다.

recognize (내가 직접 보거나 듣고 어떤 상황, 누구인지를 파악하는) 알다.
I couldn’t recognize him, because I left my glasses.
